Aman is presently Senior Vice President of Investment Management at Avenue Living – a North American based real estate investment trust. He has over 20 years’ experience in operations, conceptualizing large-scale facilities operations, operationalizing ideas, creating long-term sustainable business success, building and managing quality systems and managing risk. At Avenue Living, Aman is responsible for design, implementation and management of Quality Assurance, Occupational Health and Safety, Maintenance Work Order Operations and expenditure control.

In his past career, Aman Bhalla has served in several global firms operating and executing contracts across multiple continents, and developed several strategic initiatives for growth and diversification across various industries, including facilities, crown corporations, military, hospitality, modular construction, and oil & gas.

Aman graduated with a BSc degree from Switzerland and later completed a Marketing degree and his MBA in Canada. He has also completed several certifications including Six Sigma Black Belt, Mergers & Acquisitions, Global Strategy, Leadership Philosophy, Emotional Intelligence and Strategic Leadership.
